What details should a property manager send?
Please include the unit ZIP, bedrooms and bathrooms, vacancy and preferred cleaning dates, current condition, photos if available, access instructions, and any oven, fridge, garage, or patio work. We will confirm the scope and send a written quote for each unit.
How fast can a turnover be scheduled?
It depends on provider availability, but submitting the property details as early as possible — even before the current tenant moves out — gives the provider the best shot at a fast turnaround.
